Nicole Fontana (b. 1994) brings her young age, her dreams and a pinch of rebellion into her unique style. Ever since she was a young girl fashion has been a “second skin” for her, “sewn into her soul”, as she likes to say. Fashion as a lifetime dream: she pursued it with passion, creativity, imagination and a good dose of stubborness ever since the beginning of her creative path. She has studied in Parma, Italy, at Istituto Professionale Primo Levi, following the ‘Fashion and Clothing’ programme. She achieved the highest marks in her Diploma by preparing a collection inspired to John Galliano’s years at Dior.

Always wishing to improve, Nicole wanted to refine her technical skills, her tailoring abilities and creative focus. She attended extra-curricular stages at Alta Moda Atelier Alderuccio, a private atelier in Parma where she completed her studies in 2017. Also in 2017 she specialised in London, following thematic courses at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. A young woman with a suitcase, a pencil, paper, pieces of silk fabric and sewing threads, Nicole created a series of haute-couture dresses, aimed at customers who love and look for her style: dream-like, elegant and at the same time modern if not a touch Futuristic.

In 2019 she created her own brand, Nicole Fontana, and launched a first Capsule Collection – sophisticated streetwear with a nudge to her first love: Haute Couture. A demi-couture capsule in which Nicole ‘sews’ together New York streetwear and Paris Haute-Couture, mixing two radically different worlds. Her pieces are heralds of a unique style, talking loudly and advertising a contemporary future.
